Terms of Service

1. Adults only

Pornochka contains sexually explicit material intended for adults. You may use the site only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and if viewing such material is legal in your location.

By entering the site you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you will not allow minors to access it.

2. What the service is

Pornochka is a search and discovery service. We do not upload, host, store or stream any videos. Every video is shown through the official embed player of a third-party partner site, using that site's public webmaster or embed program.

The partner site that hosts a video is solely responsible for it, including the rights to distribute it and the verification of the age and consent of every performer.

3. Prohibited content

We do not tolerate content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or content recorded or shared without consent. Automated filters exclude such material at import, and every video can be reported. Reports of this kind hide the video immediately until a moderator reviews it, and confirmed cases are reported to the hosting site and, where required, to the authorities.

4. Accounts

An account is optional and only stores your favorites, playlists and history. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, including false reports.

5. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". Videos, titles, tags and availability depend on third-party sites and may change or disappear at any time. Titles may be translated automatically and can contain errors.

To the extent permitted by law, Pornochka administration is not liable for content hosted by third parties or for damages arising from the use of the site.
